We are independent of the vehicle manufacturer. Farizon and the Farizon logo are trade marks of their respective owners. We use them under authorisation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Please check this page whenever you visit.

Access to the site is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee continuous availability or that the site will be free from faults. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice.

You must use the site lawfully. You must not:

• break any applicable law or use the site for fraud;
• upload viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• attempt unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• launch a denial-of-service attack;

3. Vehicle information, prices and commercial finance

Vehicle details on this site are general information only. They do not form part of a contract. Specifications, colours, equipment and availability can change. Please confirm anything important with our sales team before you buy.

Range, charging and payload figures are the manufacturer's figures from standard tests (for example WLTP). Real-world results vary with load, driving style, weather, temperature, battery age and how the vehicle is used.

Photographs and illustrations are for guidance only. They may show optional equipment or overseas specifications.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT. Compulsory charges known to us (such as delivery, vehicle excise duty, first registration fee and administration charges) will be set out clearly before you commit. Optional extras will also be confirmed before you place an order.

Information about government grants or incentives (including the Plug-in Van Grant) reflects the scheme rules at the time of publication. Eligibility and scheme rules are set by government and may change or end without notice.

If a vehicle is listed at an incorrect price, we will tell you before accepting your order. You may then proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Submitting an enquiry, booking a test drive or requesting a quotation does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when both parties sign an order form, or when we confirm your order in writing.

Where we introduce you to a finance provider for commercial (business) finance, any credit agreement is between you and that provider. We do not offer FCA-regulated consumer credit. Finance is subject to status and available only to business applicants aged 18 or over. Any finance example on this site is for illustration only.

4. Orders, test drives, part-exchange and delivery

Each vehicle sale is subject to its own written order form and terms of sale. If those terms conflict with these website terms, the terms of sale prevail.

Any deposit requirements, including amount and refund conditions, will be set out in the order form or in writing before you pay.

For a test drive (including 24- or 48-hour evaluations), the driver must be aged 21 or over, hold a full UK driving licence for at least three years, present that licence and consent to a licence check, and sign our test-drive agreement covering insurance, fuel or charging costs, fines and damage.

A part-exchange valuation applies only to the vehicle described and only while its condition and mileage remain as stated. The final value is confirmed on inspection.

Delivery dates are estimates. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible of any delay.

Most of our customers purchase for business use. If you buy as a business customer, statutory consumer rights that apply only to consumers will not apply; the business terms in your order form will apply instead.

If you are a consumer and you conclude the purchase entirely at a distance (without visiting us), you may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the vehicle back, and may deduct an amount for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods. Return arrangements, including who pays for return transport, will be confirmed in writing.

5. Intellectual property and links

We or our licensors own the content of this site, including text, images, video and design. You may view, print or download extracts for your personal use. You must not modify the content or use it commercially without our written permission.

Farizon, SV and related names and logos belong to their owners. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use them.

We publish only genuine reviews from real customers. We do not remove or hide reviews solely because they are negative.

Links to third-party websites are provided for information only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

You may link to our home page at https://www.farizonsw.co.uk if you do so fairly and lawfully. You must not suggest any association with us that does not exist, and you must not frame our site within another site.

6. Liability, complaints and governing law

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Citizens Advice can provide further information about your rights.

If you use this site for business, we are not liable for loss of profit, sales, business or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of goodwill or opportunity; or any indirect or consequential loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

We are not liable for loss or damage caused by a virus or other harmful material that reaches your device through this site, provided we took reasonable care to prevent it.
